Join us for one of the highlights of Rossmoor Pride! Each year, over 100 LGBTQ+ residents, allies, families, and friends come together to celebrate visibility, community, and joy by walking around the Creekside Golf Course.
Start the morning at 9:00 AM with a light breakfast in the Fireside Room, then gather on Peacock Plaza at 9:30 AM to begin the walk.
Celebrate Pride, connect with your community, and enjoy this beloved annual tradition!
Pride Golf Tournament & Dinner

Swing your way into Pride Month and join us for a fun golf scramble filled with lots of laughs, great company, and an afternoon on our lovely Creekside Course.
This event is open to Rossmoor residents, Alliance members, and their guests. No GHIN # (handicap) is required.
The format for the golf event is a best ball scramble. There are surprises and fun challenges on many holes. After the round, head to the Dollar Clubhouse for awards, food (pizza, salad, beverages and dessert), and festive celebrations.
Ask your friends and family to join us for dinner.
$35 activity fee per player (includes golf, dinner, beverages, and prizes)
Cart and golf fees are not included.
$15 (dinner, beverages only)

Get ready to move, groove, and celebrate Pride! Join us for our ever-popular Dance on the Plaza featuring rockin’ band Susana y Su Orchestra Adelante—an evening of music, dancing, and festive fun. Enjoy light fare, refreshing beverages, and a lively atmosphere with friends, neighbors, and the community.
Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or just want to enjoy the energy from the sidelines, this event is for everyone! Come strut your stuff and make it a night to remember.
Pride Bocce Tournament & Picnic

Join us for a fun-filled day of friendly competition and community at our Pride Bocce Tournament!
Six teams of four players will compete in a lively round-robin tournament, with each team playing five games in pursuit of bocce bragging rights. Whether you’re playing or cheering from the sidelines, it’s sure to be an exciting and spirited event.
After the tournament, relax and connect with others at a casual picnic-style lunch.

Pride Art Show with Wine & Cheese

Celebrate creativity and community at the Rossmoor Pride Art Show! The LGBTQ+ Visual Artists will showcase their talents in a vibrant display of paintings, ceramics, jewelry, and handcrafted works.
Sip wine, enjoy light cheese, and mingle as you explore the work of emerging queer artists taking their place alongside iconic figures in the art world. This is a wonderful opportunity to discover new favorites, connect with the artists, and celebrate Pride through visual expression.

Outside Voices: A Memoir of the Berkeley Revolution, a firsthand look at how the power of community emboldened innovation, social change, and self-discovery in the 1970s, and its connections with what is happening today, will be discussed as part of our Pride Author Event. Joan Gelfand is a poet, a fiction and nonfiction writer, an academic, a writing coach, a public speaker and a visible member of the California literary community as the past president of the Women’s National Book Association. Outside Voices is the winner of Literary Titan Book Award 2024, International Book Award 2024, and NYC Big Book Award 2024.
All are welcome to attend—come be inspired, learn, and celebrate the power of words!

Come out in your finest style and celebrate Pride at our spectacular Pride Gala, one of Rossmoor’s most anticipated and always sold-out events!
The evening begins with a cocktail hour, featuring live music from the Mark Rossi Jazz Trio, hors d’oeuvres, and libations. Enjoy a sumptuous buffet dinner, followed by music of popular songstress Taylor Wallace. DJ Terri Daskalakis will take us into the night with dance music. Join us for connection, and celebration.
